Level 4 Assessing

Who is this qualification for ?

This qualification is open to people carrying out assessments and quality assurance in the work environment and vocational skills, knowledge and understanding in environments other than the workplace (for example a workshop, classroom or other training environment). They are designed for anyone assessing and carrying out quality assurance in all occupational sectors, accredited learning, non-accredited learning (e.g. where performance is being assessed by the learner is not undertaking a qualification) and qualifications on the National Qualification Framework (NQF).

The Level 4 qualifications cover: 

- Understanding quality assurance of assessment processes and practice
- Quality assurance of assessment processes and practice 
- Leading quality assurance of assessment processes and practice.

Assessment is through collection of evidence of your verification activity in the workplace. You will complete written work to show your theoretical knowledge.
